Re: | Current Procedures Carryover Feature |
- Current Procedures Carryover Feature
WRS Health is thrilled to introduce the Current Procedures Carryover feature, designed to significantly improve clinical efficiency and documentation accuracy. This innovation ensures healthcare providers spend less time on repetitive administrative tasks and more time delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Benefits
- Save Time and Improve Efficiency. Eliminate the need for manual data entry by automatically transferring previously used CPT codes, diagnosis codes, modifiers, units, and comments into new patient notes.
- Enhance Accuracy and Consistency. Reduce errors and ensure uniform documentation with intelligent carryover logic tailored to your workflow.
Enable the Current Procedures Carryover Feature
When enabled, providers can choose from three carryover logic options:
- Last Note Carry Over: Populates CPT codes and associated details from the patient’s last note.
- Provider-Specific Carry Over: Carries over codes from the last note created by the same provider.
- Note Type-Specific Carry Over: Populates codes from the most recent note of the same type.
How It Works
When creating a new note, the Current Procedures Carryover feature auto-populates the Current Procedures section, including all associated details. This data also flows directly to the CMS-1500 form, ensuring seamless claim processing.
- Obsolete codes are excluded to maintain accuracy.
- Edits to new notes do not alter previous documentation.
Why It Matters
By streamlining clinical documentation, the Current Procedures Carryover feature allows providers to focus on what truly matters: delivering quality patient care. Say goodbye to redundant tasks and hello to a smarter, more efficient way of working.
