VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM: SUPPORT CHAT
GO TO
- Administration → Resource Management → Resource Setup
- Select USER → Permission → Support Chat
- When a USER is logged in, the button will appear on the lower right hand-side of the screen.
Once the button is clicked, the chat box will pop open (figure 1). In the instance where a patient is in the VWR and has engaged in a chat, the box below will appear for the practice user (figure 2).
STEPS
- Enable Support Chat for the Practice User.
- Toggle Button allows the user to engage with patient.
- Once the conversation is over, the user can simply X out of the chat window.
NOTES
- Virtual Waiting Room: Support Chat is only available for Practices with Check-In Module and Telehealth.
