Sending Notes from EMR All Notes

 

1. Navigate to EMR All Notes.
2. Choose the signed notes and/or documents you want to send by checking the box/es on the Send column of the EMR All Notes page.
3. Click the Send Selected Documents button.

 

 

4.  Another page will appear. Send it by Searching the doctor’s name or entering the fax number directly. You can also click the Addresses button at the right for more options.

 

 

 

 

5. You may also add in more data under the Comments box

6. Click Send fax
