CCD EXPORT REPORT
GO TO
EMR → MEANINGFUL USE REPORTS → CCD EXPORT REPORTS
From here, you will click on the provider’s schedule tab and complete the following steps as necessary.
CCD Export Report will allow you to batch generate CCDA for selected patients and download CCDA. You can set your filter to generate a report based on your need or preference.
Frequency will allow you to choose the recurrence of your report.
Report Type will allow you to choose to generate a report based on Date of Encounter or Date of Registration.
Selecting ‘View Results’ will allow you to see the list of patient’s demographic information generated by the system based on the filters you have set.
You will be able to download all CCDA and once you select ‘View’, you will see the CCDA of the patient.
NOTES
The CCD Export Report sections and pages can only be accessed by practice users with permissions enabled. To enable access for a user go to Administration → Resource Management → Resource Setup → Select Name of the User → Permission → EMR.
