Patient Statements – Minimum Thresholds

ADMINISTRATION →  BILLING SETUP → PATIENT STATEMENTS

STEPS

  1. You can set a threshold that determines when statements are sent. If a statement balance is below the threshold amount, one will not be sent.
    For example, you may decide that if a patient statement is only $15, it isn’t worthwhile to create and
    send one.

    1. Enter your desired threshold and select “Save”

NOTES

  • You can choose to have patient statements sent either electronically or as paper statements. This is done in the Billing section of your Account Management page.
  • You can set a threshold that determines when statements are sent
  • There is an additional fee for the Automatic Patient Statement Service. If you are not sure if your site participates, please contact our account management team at accountmanagement@wrshealth.com or submit a support ticket
