Billing and Payments in the Patient Portal

Patients can conveniently pay their medical bills online.
In the Billing and Payments section, they can view current statements and make secure credit card payments.

Viewing Your Current Statements

Your current statement shows the amount due as of today, including any outstanding balances from previous visits.

To view your statement, go to Billing & Payments → View Current Statement.

Make Online Payments

1. To make a payment using a credit card, navigate to Billing & Payments → Make a Payment.

2. The amount displayed reflects your current balance. To make a partial payment, enter the desired amount.

3. Under Payment Method, select one of the following:

• Saved Credit Card – Use a previously saved card for quick payment.
• New Credit Card – Enter your card details exactly as they appear.
• (Optional) Check Store credit card info for future transactions to save your card securely.

4. Enter or update your Billing Address to ensure the information is accurate.

5. Click Make Payment to submit your payment.

6. After processing, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email receipt.
