Billing and Payments in Patient Portal

When available, patients can easily pay their medical bills online. In the Billing and Payments section, they can view their current statements and make secure payments using a credit card.

Viewing your Current Statements

Your current statements display the amount due as of the present date. The total payable may include any outstanding amounts from previous transactions. 

To view your statement, navigate to Billing & Payments → View Current Statement

 

Make Online Payments

1. To make a payment using your credit card,  go to Billing & Payments →  Make a Payment.

2. The payment amount will reflect your current balance. To make a partial payment, enter the amount you wish to pay.

3. From the Payment Method dropdown, select one of the following options:

• Saved Credit Card – Choose a previously saved card to process your payment instantly.
• New Credit Card – Fill out the payment form with the exact information shown on your credit card.
• (Optional) Tick Store credit card info for future transactions to securely save your card.

4. Fill out your Billing address or update if necessary to provide accurate information.  

 

5. Click the Make Payment to proceed.

6. Once processed, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email receipt.
