Decision Support Feedback Module User Guide
The new Decision Support Feedback Module allows providers to flag outdated health maintenance alerts directly within the EHR, ensuring recommendations remain clinically relevant and actionable. Practice administrators can review flagged alerts and update them as needed, keeping decision support systems aligned with current clinical standards.
This guide provides concise steps for accessing the feedback module and submitting feedback during various clinical workflows.
Accessing the Feedback Module
Submitting Feedback in Health Maintenance Pop-Up (Exam Room)
1. In the Today’s Appointment List, right-click the patient’s name and select Check-In.
2. Right-click the patient’s name again and choose Move to Exam Room.
3. In the Health Maintenance pop-up, you can:

- Select Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down to provide feedback.
- Leave a comment using the Leave Feedback option for detailed input.
4. A confirmation message will appear: “Thank you for your feedback!”
Reviewing Feedback
1. Navigate to Clinical Logs in the Administration >Practice Settings.
2. Apply the following filters:

- User: Select “Any” to view feedback from all users or specify a user.
- Event Type: Choose Feedback to focus on feedback-related entries.
3. Click Search to display the relevant feedback submissions.
4. To view feedback details, click View on any entry for more information.
