WRS Health announces the release of enhancements to Patient Eligibility functionality. These items we addressed based on requests and feedback from the WRS Health User Community.

Yellow Eligibility Status – Yield (Insurance Alert)

If the patient eligibility report contains new billing instructions a (new) Yellow “E” Icon isdisplayed on the Today’s Appointment window and in the Create Claims Queue.

Clicking the Yellow “E” icon will open the Eligibility Window. Then, scroll to the bottom of the window to view the new billing instructions.

Enhanced Display of the Eligibility Report

The Patient Eligibility Report Window display has been optimized to allow for easier location of essential report elements:

• Eligibility Report Date/Time (top/bottom)
• Subscriber
• Active Coverage
• Co-Insurance
• Deductible
• Not Covered
• Benefit Description
• Other or Additional Payer
• Contact Entity
• MCO Billing Code (Yellow Eligibility Status)
