WRS previously announced the release of functionality to assist providers in conducting remote patient encounters, including Review of Systems (ROS) for appointment type, as well as SMS messaging for patient check-in ability.

We are pleased to now also offer functionality that allows you to customize (disable) these features to suit your practice’s needs.

Review of Systems (ROS) for Appt Type(s)

WRS Health has implemented functionality that allows your practice to disable Review of Systems (ROS) for a given appointment type.

This can be found by going to ADMINISTRATION>SCHEDULER SETUP>PRACTICE APPOINTMENT TYPES.

Choose your appointment type(s) that you wish to disable ROS and uncheck the box that reads ‘EXCLUDED FROM CHECK-IN ROS’. Once completed, select SAVE.

SMS for Check-In

WRS Health has also implemented functionality that allows your practice to disable SMS (text messages) from being sent to your patient for same day check-in, for any given appointment type.

This can be found by going to ADMINISTRATION>SCHEDULER SETUP>PRACTICE APPOINTMENT TYPES.

Choose your appointment type(s) that you wish to disable check-in via SMS and check the box that reads ‘EXCLUDED FROM CHECK-IN SMS’. Once completed, select SAVE.
