We are excited to announce an update to the Email Statement feature designed to enhance clarity and reduce confusion for recipients managing multiple accounts.

Previously, email statements only displayed the Amount Due and Due Date, which occasionally led to ambiguity for guardians or account holders overseeing multiple patient accounts.

To improve transparency and usability, we have made the following enhancements:

 

  •  The amount due will now display as Amount Due along with the Patient ID to clearly indicate the associated patient account.
  • The due date format has been adjusted from Due Date to Due upon Receipt, ensuring a more immediate and actionable payment reminder.
