WRS Health is excited to announce the launch of TEFCA Interoperability Integration, enabling secure, nationwide access to patient medical records through our new connection with Surescripts Health Information Network, a designated QHIN (Qualified Health Information Network).

This release delivers the foundational capabilities for nationwide clinical data exchange—helping providers access more complete patient information, reduce administrative burden, and support better patient care.

Feature Highlights

  • Nationwide Patient Search: Locate patient records across hospitals, HIEs, and provider organizations participating in TEFCA.
  • Document Search API: Retrieve a list of available external clinical documents matched to a patient.
  • Document Retrieval API: Import CCDAs, summaries, discharge notes, and other structured documents directly into WRS.
  • MPI Load (Outbound Submissions): Send structured WRS-generated documents securely to TEFCA networks.
  • QHIN Connectivity (Surescripts): Establishes secure, scalable interoperability with a national exchange network without requiring custom point-to-point integrations.
