Remove Stored Credit Cards

WRS Health is pleased to announce a new function that allows practice users to remove stored credit cards from patient’s accounts if integrated with TSYS (also known as Global Payments). Previously, the only way to remove a stored card was to re-write it with a new card. Now, to remove a stored card, go to the patient’s account and select “credit card – electronic payment,” then the drop-down menu titled “NEW CREDIT CARD” and select the saved card you intend to remove. Click the “remove card” button.
