  • New Header and Sub-header Feature

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature that gives you greater control over your referral letters. Now, you can personalize your referral letters directly within Referral Notes Management.

 

This update comes with the following key enhancements: 

  1. Editable Header: A new free-text field allows you to customize the main header of your referral letters.
  2. Customizable Sub-header: Add a personal touch with a sub-header that can span two lines for added flexibility.
  3. Logo Integration: Your practice logo now appears alongside the header, enhancing brand visibility.
  4. Seamless Preview and Export: View your customized referral letters in real-time and export them as PDFs with perfect formatting across all devices.

 

These improvements offer you more flexibility in presenting your practice’s identity while maintaining the professional look of your referral communications.

 

Editable Header and Sub-header

In the Edit Referral Note Template, you can now add and edit a header and sub-header for your referral letter template.

You can do this to your referral templates by following the same easy workflow. Go to Administration > EMR Setup > Referral Note Setup and edit the applicable template.

 

The Header will have the practice name as the default while the Sub-header will have the primary location address details as the default value. 

In the Sub-header, you can press the Enter or Return key on your keyboards to start a second line.

 

Logo Integration

Upon upload, your practice logo now appears alongside the header and sub-header  in both the preview and the final PDF.

Seamless Preview and Export

View your customized referral letters in real-time and export them as PDFs with perfect formatting across desktop and mobile devices.
