Additional Information Tab Overview

WRS has created a new menu item on the patient portal that increases usability for patients. Previously, the link to additional content was in the “Personal Information” tab. We have made it more prominent and listed the actions that can be completed.

What Information is Available

By expanding the Additional Information tab, patients will see a list of items. They are:

• Access their appointment history
• Book appointments*,
• Request appointments*,
• View their clinical summary,
• View test results*,
• Get their patient profile printout,
• View educational content

*Based on practice settings

 

Once a patient clicks on an item, they will receive a pop-up message saying they will be redirected to a separate webpage where they can complete their action. In this location, they will also be able to perform various additional tasks such as upload documents and view their inbox.
