- Enhanced User Permissions Configuration for Business Insights
We’re excited to announce an enhancement to the Insights Dashboard—expanded User Permissions! This update introduces additional access controls for the Billing, Scheduler, and Demographics dashboard tabs, giving Practice Administrators greater flexibility to restrict access to specific Insights Dashboard sections as needed.
Impact and Benefits
- Improved security by restricting dashboard access to authorized users only.
- Ensures that sensitive business insights data is accessible only to relevant personnel.
Enhancement Details
- Each user now has individual permissions granted to view the applicable dashboard tabs such as Billing, Scheduler, and Demographics.
- Once a permission is enabled, the user can view the corresponding dashboard tab but cannot make modifications.
- Practice Administrators can review user access details within the WRSAdmin-only tab on the Edit Resource Information page.
Note:
Only WRS Account Managers can modify the dashboards and grant or revoke user permissions for accessing dashboard tabs.
