We’re thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to our referral letter system. This new feature allows you to attach patient notes from previous visits directly to your referral letters, ensuring a more comprehensive transfer of information and optimizing continuity of care.

This update improves the referral process, reduces information gaps, and supports more comprehensive care coordination between healthcare providers.

 

Patient Note Attachment

Now, you can easily attach relevant patient notes from the patient chart to your referral letters. You can include notes from previous visits to provide a fuller picture of the patient’s health history.

 

Note Attachments Preview

In addition to the referral letter itself, you can also preview the attached EMR notes.

 

 

Flexible Sending Options

There are flexible options when sending referral letters with EMR notes attachments. When ending through email, note attachments are sent as HTML files while attachments are sent as PDF files when sending through fax.

Copies of the sent referral letters via email or fax are saved as Outgoing Referral Letter.  You can view these copies in EMR All Notes > Documents section.

 

Logo Integration 

Upon upload, your practice logo now appears alongside the header and sub-header  in both the preview and the final PDF.

 

Seamless Preview and Export 

View your customized referral letters in real-time and export them as PDFs with perfect formatting across desktop and mobile devices.
