We’re thrilled to introduce the new Bulk Appointment Cancellation feature, designed to effortlessly handle cancellation of multiple appointments in one streamlined process. This feature simplifies managing cancellations, saving time and ensuring a smooth experience for both the Practice and Patients.
The bulk cancellation feature significantly reduces repetitive tasks of cancelling appointments individually. By simplifying multi-step processes into simple actions, it reduces stress and minimizes the workload of Front Desk personnel, enabling them to perform more effectively and with greater ease.

 

Bulk Appointment Cancellation Functionality

The new bulk appointment cancellation functionality allows you to cancel multiple appointments in the Appointment Search page. 

You can choose to individually select specific appointments or select all appointments displayed on the current page for bulk cancellation. 

Please note that past appointments and previously canceled appointments cannot be canceled again. If any such appointments are selected, the Cancel Appointments button will automatically be grayed out.

 

A confirmation dialog box will display a list of all selected appointments, including the appointment date, time, and appointment type.

By default, the Send Email Notification box is checked to ensure patients are notified of their canceled appointments. However, users have the option to uncheck the box if they prefer not to send cancellation messages to the patients.
