We are excited to announce two new features aimed at improving the patient experience and streamlining appointment reminders. The Appointment Confirmation via Reminder Email and Merge Appointment Reminders. With this update, patients can now easily confirm their appointments directly from the reminder email. Additionally, patients with multiple appointments in one day will receive a single, consolidated reminder email. These updates help reduce inbox clutter while providing a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

 

Appointment Confirmation via Email Reminder

  • Patients can now confirm their upcoming appointment directly through the appointment reminder email.
  • This functionality allows patients to confirm their attendance with a simple click, streamlining the confirmation process.

 

Merged Appointment Reminders

  • If a patient has multiple appointments on the same day, they will now receive a single, consolidated reminder email.
  • The merged email will list all the appointments for the day, providing a clear overview and reducing the number of reminder emails a patient receives.
