We are thrilled to introduce a new feature in our Patient Portal that enhances the appointment management process—Online Appointment Confirmation. This feature is designed to improve communication between patients and providers, making the appointment process more efficient.

This feature aims to reduce no-shows and ensure better preparation for patient visits, thereby streamlining your daily operations.

 

Appointment Confirmation

Patients can now confirm their appointments directly through the Patient Portal. A “Confirm” button will be visible 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment date, providing ample time to confirm attendance.

Once an appointment is confirmed via the Patient Portal, the status is automatically updated in both the Patient Portal and the EHR system.

Confirmed appointments will be prominently highlighted in bold within the Today’s Appointment List in the EHR, making them easily distinguishable.
