WRS Health is proud to announce the implementation of an additional eligibility check within the Create Claims Queue for those practices who utilize the Phicure clearinghouse.

Previously, the eligibility icons were only visible within the Today’s Appointment List and in the patient’s individual insurance tab. We have now streamlined the process for billers and practice users who create claims to know whether or not the insurance on file for patients is eligible for coverage. This feature is not automatically enabled. If you would like this turned on, please contact your account manager.

Create Claims Queue Eligibility Icon

The E for Eligibility follows a color scheme, please find the key below:
Red indicates an error in eligibility – that may refer to an incorrect name, payer id, number, etc. If the insurance is not electronically connected for instant eligibility, the indicator will also be red (ie: MagnaCare, Magellan, etc)
Green indicates confirmed eligibility.
Brown indicates self pay / no insurance on file
Grey indicates that eligibility has not been checked for this patient.
Yellow indicates an insurance alert, such as patient does not have traditional Medicare, they have MCO or an Advantage Plan

Upon clicking the E icon, you will be brought to the Eligibility details window that outlines the patient’s insurance eligibility. This feature is not automatically enabled. If you would like this turned on, please contact your account manager.
