We are excited to announce the Post-Appointment Messaging feature, an update to improve patient preparedness and reduce last-minute administrative follow-ups. With this feature, patients are automatically reminded to complete their medical information in the Patient Portal if no activity is detected after an appointment is scheduled. The goal is to drive patient engagement, improve intake, and reinforce the value of accurate, complete health information.
What’s New
The upgraded post-appointment messaging feature automatically sends a follow-up message to new patients who have not entered/ updated any of their medical information in the patient portal within 24 hours after their appointment is scheduled. If no medical information entry is detected during this window, the system initiates a reminder via SMS and email, prompting the patient to log in and complete their medical information.
