We’re excited to introduce a new feature that enhances your billing process by managing copay payments easier.

With the new bulk copay functionality, you can now process copayments for single patient appointments in bulk reducing manual effort in processing payments.
Other benefits include being able to search for patient appointments with unpaid copays, identify patients who have credit cards on file, and facilitate the processing of copayments in bulk.

Bulk Copay Functionality

The new bulk copay functionality allows you to search for patients with upcoming copay dues within a specified period in the Appointment Search page.

Please note: The copay paid/due filter will only show accurate data for copayments applied to an appointment starting August 13, 2024. This means that copayments applied to an appointment prior may not reflect the correct copay status when using this filter.

You can easily view which patients have their cards on file which means that you can easily process payments for those with their cards registered in the system.

After searching for patients with copay dues, you can now process the payments altogether to minimize individual payment processing.

After payment, you can conveniently track the status and view the transaction details of each copay payment.
