We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to the Questionnaires in the EMR note. This update introduces a mandatory fields alert system designed to ensure that all required fields are completed before a questionnaire can be submitted.

This feature improves data accuracy, completeness, and user experience.

After filling out the questionnaire in an open note and clicking Submit, an alert message pops up if there are any unanswered required fields. It is necessary to complete all mandatory fields to proceed with the submission.
